ATS was founded in February of 2001 with the purpose of providing small and medium sized businesses with professional consulting services to help manage their IT infrastructures.

.ATS was founded by Brent Hall who has been a professional computer consultant since 1996. He was a Technical Solutions Consultant for six years with Sprint E|Solutions, the IT consulting division of Sprint. During that time he had the opportunity to work with numerous organizations from large fortune 500 companies, the Texas State Government, to small and medium sized businesses. Working with such a diverse clientele provided invaluable experience and expertise in design and management of computing environments. Brent left Sprint E|Solutions and started ATS in order to help small and medium sized organizations manage their IT infrastructures.
